About the VIP Programme

A Rewards Programme That Values Every MYR You Spend

Many online betting platforms offer VIP programmes, but most are VIP in name only — thin on benefits and vague on upgrade requirements. At 1998rich, we do things differently. Our VIP Rewards Programme is built around one simple goal: the longer you stay with us, the more value you get back.

This is a points-based rewards system. Every RM 1 you wager across any game — whether it's Live Blackjack, Baccarat, Malaysia Super League football betting, BWF-level badminton, e-sports, or slots — earns you reward points redeemable for cash credits. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the points multiplier you receive.

For members who play regularly at 1998rich, moving up from Bronze to Silver can happen within just a few weeks. After that, you'll start noticing the difference — higher weekly cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive promotions.

Best of all, there's nothing you need to do to join — every 1998rich member automatically starts at the Bronze tier and begins earning points from their first bet. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required points total.

How to Earn VIP Reward Points

Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat) 10 points / RM 1
Live Sports Betting 8 points / RM 1
Table Games & Slots 6 points / RM 1
E-Sports & Badminton 7 points / RM 1
Points Conversion Rate 100 points = RM 1
Note: VIP points never expire as long as your account remains active. Diamond members earn a 10x multiplier on all points accumulated.

How to Upgrade

How to Move Up to a Higher VIP Tier

The 1998rich VIP upgrade system is fully automatic and transparent. No subjective decisions, no favouritism – everything is based on the points you accumulate through your gameplay.

1
Register & Start Playing
Once you register with 1998rich, you automatically start at Bronze tier. Every wager across any game — live casino, sports, slots, or table games — begins accumulating your VIP points.
2
Earn Reward Points
Points are credited to your VIP account within 24 hours after each playing session. You can track your latest points balance and tier progress from your 1998rich account dashboard.
3
Automatic Upgrade
Once your total points reach the threshold for the next tier, your account will be upgraded automatically. You'll receive an in-app notification and a confirmation email.
4
Enjoy New Benefits
Once upgraded, all benefits of your new tier take effect immediately — higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and the possibility of a personal account manager reaching out to you.
5
Redeem Points for Credits
You can convert your accumulated VIP points into cash credits directly in your 1998rich account at any time. The minimum conversion is 500 points (RM 5 credit). Points have no expiry date as long as your account remains active.

One thing that often surprises 1998rich members when they find out – VIP points aren't just earned when you win. Every time you play, whether you win or lose, points are calculated based on your total wager amount. This means that even after a less fortunate session, you're still making progress toward a higher VIP tier.

This is how 1998rich recognises the loyalty and commitment of our members. You're not penalised for a run of bad luck — instead, you're rewarded for your dedication to playing with us.

For members who play regularly at 1998rich — perhaps a few times a week while catching Malaysia Super League, Europa League, or BWF badminton matches with a bet on the side — reaching Gold tier within two to three months is very achievable. At the Gold tier, the weekly benefits you receive can meaningfully offset your cost of play.

Non-Expiring Points
As long as your account remains active, your VIP points are always kept safe and secure.
Fast Track Upgrade
Automatic upgrade within 24 hours of reaching the tier threshold.
Track in Real Time
Track your progress and VIP points from your account dashboard at any time.
Transparent & Fair
All points calculations are based on an auditable automated system.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About 1998rich VIP Rewards

Not sure how the VIP programme works? We've put together answers to the most frequently asked questions right here.

No. Every 1998rich member is automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards programme from the day they register. You start at the Bronze tier and points begin accumulating from your very first bet. No separate sign-up or additional fees are required.

VIP points are credited to your account within 24 hours after each session ends. For Diamond and Platinum members, crediting is typically faster — within 6 hours. You can check your current points balance anytime under the "VIP Rewards" section in your 1998rich account.

Your VIP level is maintained as long as your account stays active with at least one login within any 90-day period. If your account remains inactive for more than 90 days, your VIP level may be downgraded by one tier. However, any points you have accumulated will not be lost — they carry over and can be used to work your way back up once you become active again.

1998rich VIP points are converted into play credits usable across all games on the platform. These credits are subject to a 1x rollover requirement before withdrawal. The minimum conversion is 500 points, equivalent to RM 5 in credits. Diamond members enjoy a more favourable exchange rate — 80 points = RM 1 credit, compared to 100 points for all other tiers.

The 1998rich VIP weekly cashback carries a light 1x rollover requirement. This means if you receive RM 200 in cashback, you simply need to wager RM 200 before withdrawing. This is far lower than standard bonus conditions and can easily be met in a single short session. For Diamond members, cashback is credited with no rollover requirement at all.

Gold members and above are eligible for invitations to exclusive events hosted by 1998rich across Malaysia. These include private casino evenings at premium venues, live match viewing experiences for the Malaysia Super League or EPL, VIP badminton sessions, and exclusive e-sports experiences. All invitations are sent through your personal account manager or via in-app notifications from 1998rich.
